Mapping in ArcGIS Pro (GIS100)
Learn to create well-designed maps at a variety of scales.
In this course you will be taught the basics of map creation and design in ArcGIS Pro software. You will be introduced to core mapping concepts including: how to source and project data; how to select symbology which highlights your map’s core message; and, how to create clear and balanced maps.
This course is run as 5 x 2.5hr modules (1 module per week).

There are 10 spots allocated for CAP staff and HDR students in this training.
Please note: This free version of the course is available to ANU College of Asia and the Pacific (CAP) academic staff and PhD students only.
While the course is free for CAP staff and students, there is a $50 no-show fee per missed session unless you give 2 working days' notice (emergencies excepted).
Staff and HDR students within ANU, but outside CAP will need to apply for the course using the code GIS600. There are charges associated with that course.
