• The core elements within this framework of ‘best practice’ performance management;


• The path to improving performance;


• Policy and procedure overview;


• An update on current case law, highlighting how to avoid the common pitfalls often associated with performance management and to help achieve positive results; and


• Accessible and easy to use hints, tips and tools.

This training is mandatory for all staff members and students working with chemicals.

This course is free to ANU staff.
